Oui, envoyez-nous des photos de vos objets par email ou via le formulaire ci-dessus. Nous vous proposerons une première estimation indicative. Pour une évaluation définitive (examen en main, vérification des poinçons et pesée), un passage en boutique sera nécessaire.

### Quel est le meilleur moment pour appeler ?

En matinée de préférence, entre 9h et 12h. L'après-midi est également possible de 14h à 18h du lundi au vendredi. Le samedi matin de 9h à 13h.

### Sous quel délai recevrai-je une réponse à mon email ?

Nous répondons généralement le jour même si votre message est envoyé pendant les heures d'ouverture. Dans tous les cas, vous recevrez une réponse sous 24 heures maximum.
